Job Title: Spanish Language Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spanish language liaison to join our team. As a key member of our customer service division, you will be responsible for communicating with customers in Spanish and providing them with exceptional support.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a liaison between our customers and the respective client. This involves ensuring compliance with processes and policies, as well as providing excellent communication skills to resolve any issues that may arise.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to adapt to different situations and provide solutions to complex problems.

  • Interact with agents to provide and process information in response to customer inquiries, concerns and requests about products and/or services
  • Collaborate and build relationships with agents to strengthen service competitiveness
  • Communicate timely back to agents, track and resolve any issues regarding the service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • O Levels/Matric or above
  • Excellent command over English & Spanish language
  • Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
  • Flexibility & Adaptability
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Emotional intelligence and critical thinking
