Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management professional to assist the Head of Risk Management in implementing the Enterprise Risk Management framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying and assessing key risk areas, mapping them with internal controls, and identifying gaps in the current framework. They will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining a comprehensive Risk Inventory Register in line with the Risk Appetite.

The role involves ensuring compliance with Risk Management Policies and Procedures, collaborating with stakeholders to monitor the effective implementation of the risk management framework and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, they will conduct regular risk reviews to assess compliance with the risk management framework and provide recommendations for improvement.

The successful candidate will also assist the Head of Risk Management in developing Risk management dashboards and MIS for management review.

• 25-35 years old
• Male
• At least 2 years of specific working experience in Risk Management (preferably in a bank or Fintech company) and overall experience of at least 3-4 years.
