We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the supervisor in implementing program activities at the field level.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in the field health sector, preferably with a degree in Public health/Project management/health management or a related subject.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of documentation for project activities.
  • Facilitate arrangement of trainings, workshops, seminars, meetings, and other events.
  • Draft letters, reports, documentation, and take meeting minutes.
  • Provide timely data for quality reports.
  • Maintain proper records of project files and other official documents.
  • Coordinate logistics arrangements for key visitors and staff members.
  • Assist in preparation of program-related work plans, budgets, and reports.
  • Organize data and information for monthly, bi-annual, and annual reports.
  • Timely obtain and forward invoices of contractors and consultants.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in the field health sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public health/Project management/health management or a related subject.
