Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Area Officer to join our team. As an Area Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple stores, ensuring that sales targets are met, and implementing strategies to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating existing store operations and developing effective strategies to drive growth.
  • Providing training and support to store managers to enhance their sales and supervisory skills.
  • Establishing and communicating sales targets to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitoring sales across stores to identify areas for improvement and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Detecting and investigating discrepancies in sales across stores, and implementing remedial measures if required.
  • Setting and enforcing performance standards across all stores to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Maintaining compliance with company protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other Area Managers to share best practices and ensure seamless operations.
  • Traveling to stores to conduct on-site duties as necessary.
  • Regularly updating your Manager on progress and challenges.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in security or a related field is preferred.
  • Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule.

Location:

  • Gujrat and West Bengal - Reliable commuting or relocation before starting work is required.

Salary Range:

₹18,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month
