To lead assigned territories, you will handle distributors and order bookers to achieve targets and implement sales strategies. Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise targets for assigned territories.

Daily Targets and Order Booker Management
  • Set daily targets for order bookers based on their areas to ensure effective coverage at all outlets.
  • Monitor the performance of order bookers daily and ensure they are knowledgeable about the company's products and resources.

Sales Reporting and Analysis

Share sales reports for assigned territories and categories to analyze target and KPI achievement.


Territory Management and Trade Marketing

Conduct market visits to ensure coverage and productivity at outlets, understand market dynamics, and observe customer actions.

Ensure trade marketing activities are executed at all outlets as per plans.


Skill Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess analytical skills, business orientation, business communication, interpersonal skills, negotiation, problem-solving skills, and product knowledge.

A graduate degree is required, and 4-6 years of relevant experience are preferred.
