Technical Leader

The role of Technical Leader involves providing hands-on leadership, guidance, and mentoring to our technical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions.

We are seeking a thought-leader with real-world business common sense and the ability to collaborate across functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and proven hands-on experience of complex software applications with large user bases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development teams in tackling technical risks and validating product components for technical design and performance.
  • Understand long-term business objectives and suggest technical strategies to meet those objectives by introducing innovation through technology.
  • Be responsive and decisive on adjusting our product architecture as customer requirements, market conditions, and technologies evolve.
  • Partner with others inside and outside the engineering organization to gather requirements and formulate the appropriate architecture.
  • Work closely with product management, development, quality assurance, and devops teams.
  • Align IT needs with the strategic direction of the enterprise.
  • Implement standards, reference architectures, and technology selection.
  • Research and identify current and future technology services and industry standards to address stakeholders' concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of complex software applications and scalability.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with architecture audits, technology architecture principles, and tool selection.
