Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and quality standards. This includes leading architectural design and planning of construction of high-end residential house, commercial, and mixed-use developments, including high-rise and large-scale town planning projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate development processes and how design impacts value, utility, and market appeal. They will also have proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing master plans, site layouts, and detailed construction drawings in coordination with internal teams.
  • Overseeing the architectural integrity and quality of all design outputs, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and real estate market needs.
  • Collaborating with developers, project managers, engineers, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conducting feasibility studies, site visits, and design reviews to ensure practical and economically viable outcomes.
  • Supervising junior architects, draftsmen, and design consultants to maintain efficiency and quality.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in master-planned communities.
