Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Strategist

In this role, you'll develop and implement effective recruiting, testing, and interviewing programs to attract top talent. You'll also prepare employees for success by designing and conducting comprehensive orientation and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clear understanding of job requirements and descriptions for all positions, ensuring seamless integration with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement employee compensation structures, evaluating job roles and recommending salary levels based on market analysis.
- Evaluate and improve employee performance by training managers to coach and discipline staff, scheduling regular meetings, and addressing grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance by monitoring human resource requirements and implementing necessary procedures.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support business objectives, staying up-to-date with industry developments through continuous learning and professional networking.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in hiring, HR management, performance management, and communication processes.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in English.
- Understanding of IT jobs is a plus.
