As a Technical Delivery Director, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of all projects within an organization. This role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that all technical aspects of projects align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate the team.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, or a similar field. Proven track record of leading teams in delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget is essential.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with cloud technologies and implementations
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and agile principles
  • Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus
  • Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices
