Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategies: Develops and implements HR strategies to support business objectives, working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity.
  • Employee Relations: Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.
  • Training Programs: Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success, developing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Policy Interpretation: Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop solutions, programs, and policies in partnership with the HR group.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
