Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

 

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Comprehensive HR Strategies:
    Create and execute HR strategies that align with the organization's vision, fostering a positive work environment and promoting business growth.
  2. Cultivate a Culture of Engagement:
    Foster a culture of engagement, motivation, and development among employees, ensuring they are equipped to meet their full potential.
  3. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    Develop and oversee the recruitment process to ensure effective talent acquisition, and implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and productivity.
  4. Compensation and Benefits:
    Manage compensation and benefits programs in compliance with organizational policies, providing fair and equitable rewards to employees.
  5. Training and Development:
    Analyze training needs and develop targeted training programs to enhance employee skills, ensuring they remain up-to-date with industry developments.
  6. Legal Compliance:
    Maintain legal compliance throughout human resource management processes, adhering to labor laws and best practices.

 

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Proven Experience:
    Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent role, with a background in IT preferred but not necessary.
  2. Strong Interpersonal Skills:
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  3. HR Metrics and Analytics:
    Demonstrated ability to interpret HR metrics and trends, using data to inform business decisions.
  4. Leadership and Strategy:
    Able to develop strategic plans and lead cross-functional teams, with outstanding negotiation, presentation, and active listening skills.
  5. Education and Certifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with relevant certifications preferred.
