
Strategic Business Growth Lead

This role requires a seasoned business development leader to spearhead the company's global expansion strategy, build strategic partnerships, and lead communications initiatives to strengthen brand presence worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have deep industry insights, market trends, and excellent consultative selling skills to drive consistent revenue growth across diverse geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion & Opportunity Identification: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets using deep industry insights and market trends.
- Revenue Growth: Own the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, driving consistent revenue growth across diverse geographies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and manage strong consultative relationships with key decision-makers offering tailored software and SaaS solutions that address client needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor and industry analysis to develop informed go-to-market strategies.
- Strategic Communication & Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to drive visibility and engagement. Lead initiatives across PR, corporate communications, and social media to build brand credibility and influence.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at global events, industry panels, and media opportunities to position the brand as a leading software and SaaS partner.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in software services and SaaS sales with a proven track record in strategic business development across regions.
- Strong expertise in corporate communications, PR, and social media with the ability to craft and deliver compelling brand narratives.
- Excellent consultative selling skills and a deep understanding of software solution lifecycles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex business environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and in multicultural, international business settings.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
