Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, ensuring accurate records and minimal discrepancies.
  • Data Entry: Enter all orders into our system, adhering to tight deadlines and minimizing errors.
  • Third-Party Liaison: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Packing and Shipping: Efficiently pack and dispatch orders, meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to ensure timely delivery and address any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare monthly sales reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
