Your Role as Account Manager

You will be working with growing and strategically important customers, leveraging your experience in handling larger, more complex accounts that require a deep understanding of our platform and customer operational challenges.

A successful Account Manager is coachable, receptive to feedback, willing to learn and open to embracing continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal skills, a strong technical aptitude, and high attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with commercial clients to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to align customer pain points with our solution.
  • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to unique customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize growth opportunities for customers.
  • Manage contract renewals and minimize churn through proactive communication and strategic account planning.
  • Proactively resolve issues by identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Plan to meet and exceed sales goals and revenue quotas.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated success in an end-to-end sales or account management environment.
  • Effective leadership or influencing skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting and negotiating.
  • Proven experience managing contract renewals and mitigating churn.
