Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our local yarn division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving domestic yarn sales, developing new clientele, and overseeing the execution of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Drive domestic yarn sales and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Develop new clientele in existing and/or new markets within the local yarn industry.
  • Handle costing, pricing, and technical evaluations.
  • Oversee the execution of follow-ups with suppliers and buyers.
  • Prepare and present monthly dashboards covering sales, billing, recovery, and pending balances.
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in the yarn/spinning industry.
  • Hands-on exposure to both factory and buying house environments.
  • Strong track record in yarn sales with market credibility.
  • Solid technical understanding of yarn and spinning processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/Excel-based reporting and dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
