
Front Desk Administrator

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
You will greet customers upon arrival, receive and inform visitors, and coordinate with employees to ensure seamless interactions.
In addition, you will maintain the upkeep of our reception services, including newspapers and subscriptions, and guarantee that our reception is always covered during working hours.
Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to assist with administrative duties as directed by your Line Manager.
You will also be responsible for maintaining security and safety standards, assisting Security in issuing visitor and vendor passes, and recording visitors in the logbook.
Furthermore, you will administer the booking system for conference rooms and workrooms, utilizing basic computer knowledge (MS Office) and problem-solving abilities.
