Job Role: Front Desk Officer

  • Key responsibilities include managing the reception area, handling phone calls and greeting visitors. They also provide information to internal colleagues and external enquirers.
  • Additionally, front desk officers are responsible for maintaining attendance and leave records of employees, as well as computer and manual filing systems.
  • They play a key role in assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Front desk officers must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage their workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is also highly desirable.
  • As a front desk officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, making a positive impression and setting the tone for our organization.
