Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated accounting professional to join our team in managing daily accounting tasks and supporting the finance department in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies with precision.
  • Prepare and manage invoices for clients and vendors, ensuring timely payments and optimal cash flow.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper records, adhering to strict accounting standards.
  • Maintain accurate financial data and reports using Microsoft Excel, leveraging advanced formulas and spreadsheet techniques.
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial closings, guaranteeing seamless transitions and efficient record-keeping.
  • Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed, promoting teamwork and collaboration within the finance department.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in accounting or a related field, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong skills in bank reconciliation, invoicing, and petty cash management, with the ability to adapt to changing financial scenarios.
  • A good command of Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, data entry), with proficiency in advanced features and functions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on maintaining high-quality financial records and reports.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field (preferred), with a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
