Job Description:

The Deputy Director of Governance will be responsible for ensuring the effective governance and risk management practices are in place across NADRA Technologies Ltd. This includes developing and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and at least 8 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance roles. Certification in ISO-27001, CISA, and CGEIT is preferred.

The key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing risk management frameworks
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments
  • Providing training and awareness programs for employees
  • Collaborating with infrastructure teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle

Key Skills:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to convey complex information security risks and compliance gaps to various stakeholders. They will also have strong analytical skills to assess complex information security risks and evaluate compliance gaps.

Terms & Conditions:

The selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
