Business Development and Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers and selling products and services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of 3 to 4 years in BPO or call center industry and will be proficient in English. They will also have excellent knowledge of MS Office and hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.

The Business Development and Sales Professional will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers, building and maintaining relationships with customers and communicating product and service changes to customers. They will also be required to meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management, keep accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system and handle customer questions and objections in a professional and courteous manner.

The Business Development and Sales Professional will work closely with our product development team to stay up-to-date on all product and service changes and will be required to attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Communicating product and service changes to customers
  • Meeting monthly sales targets
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
  • Handling customer questions and objections

Requirements:

Prior experience of 3 to 4 years in BPO or call center industry is a must. Candidates with prior experience of selling software services to US clients will be preferred. Ability to work in night shift 7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan time. Job Type: Full-time. Salary: Competitive. Job Location: Remote. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
