Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  2. Process day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    1. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing financial performance.
    2. Contribute to financial forecasting and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to management.
    3. Generate and analyze financial reports for management review, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
    4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management:
    1. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
    2. Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with auditors as necessary, ensuring seamless audit processes.
  5. Analysis and Recommendations:
    1. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven recommendations to management.
    2. Provide actionable insights to management based on financial analysis, driving business decisions and growth.
  6. Process Improvement:
    1. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations, streamlining workflows and reducing costs.
    2. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for financial-related matters, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
    3. Ability to work independently and take ownership of the accounting function, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
