Pivotal Role in Financial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and maintaining robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.\
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements while adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.\
  • Provide financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and organizational goals.\
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.\
  • Identify and resolve financial issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.\
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.\
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit processes.\
  • Demonstrate a high level of accountability and integrity, with a commitment to ethical financial practices.\
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.\

Qualifications:

  • \
  • Minimum CA (Finalist); CA Qualified will be preferred.\
  • 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in an IT-based organization.\
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performance finance and accounting teams.\
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and analysis, such as taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting & internal control.\
  • Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using Oracle NetSuite and Power BI.\
  • Strong commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.\
  • Ability to work on-site during hybrid-shift timings.\
