We are looking for highly skilled sales professionals to become part of our rapidly growing B2B software sales team.

This is a consultative sales process and you will have the capability to engage, consult and persuade senior decision-makers to secure sales.

The role requires a deep understanding of our product, the client environment along with strong accounting knowledge to be successful.

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process.
  • You will actively seek out new sales opportunities via phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Engage and develop sales opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process bringing in resources from across the business when required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively follow the leads allocated or referrals provided.
  • Identify the people involved in the buying process and engage at all levels.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communication is logged and customer records are accurate.

Requirements:
  • Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in software sales.
  • You will have experience in data management and MS Excel.
  • Excellent administration skills and experience managing inbound/outbound calls.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels. You will also have a strong understanding of the software industry and be able to demonstrate this through your previous experience.
