About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned media professional to lead transformative digital acceleration for one of the most dynamic and innovative brands globally. As Media and Digital Lead, you will shape the future of social-first strategies, precision marketing, and platform partnerships while driving meaningful consumer engagement and business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Media Planning and Activation
  • Create holistic media plans that cover all media platforms, including retailer media, based on audience insights.
  • Manage media activation, mobilizing and coordinating digital hub channel specialists to deploy locally.
Collaboration and Innovation

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans and drive innovation in media and data strategies.

Data-Driven Marketing

You will be responsible for designing brand-wise ROI models for digital media plans, setting and tracking benchmarks to evaluate campaign performance, and leading internal and external audits for media compliance, transparency, and efficiency.

Capability Building

You will equip internal and external teams with the right tools, audience insights, and skills to succeed in digital media.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Holistic brand communication management experience at a large brand or cross-brand leadership experience at an agency.
  • Advertising/Media budget management experience.
  • Experience in driving change and embedding innovation in the business.
  • Skills
  • Able to advise on all things media and data-driven marketing to internal stakeholders through depth of media knowledge.
  • Collaboration skills that encourage multi-stakeholder projects to thrive.
  • Pioneer spirit to drive and embed innovation into our media and data strategies.
