About the Role

The Sales Territory Executive role at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH involves leading the distributor/organization team to execute company strategies tailored to local business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement a journey plan to achieve the annual operating plan KPIs.
  • To screen and hire suitable candidates for Order Booker/DSR positions.
  • To identify stock requirements at warehouses and ensure efficient delivery of volume and revenue targets for the respective territories.
  • To train and motivate the distributor/distributor workforce to improve their capabilities.
  • To regularly evaluate and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • To manage all PI assets including racks and other equipment.
  • To oversee the implementation of sales software at distributor level.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree (BA) from a recognized university.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or fresh graduates with relevant skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of the food industry and consumer goods market.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience working with distributors and retailers.
  • Fluency in German and English language.
