
Director of Client Engagement

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join our business development team. This individual will be responsible for building relationships with new clients, presenting new products and services, and enhancing existing relationships.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership capabilities, teamwork-oriented mindset, and strong interpersonal skills. They will also possess good relationship-building skills and a presentable personality.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of business development experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required, and maturity, confidence, and credibility are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network
- Client retention by presenting new products and services and enhancing existing relationships
- Building relationships with existing clients to increase their current spend
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/principals
- Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict clients future needs
- Plan approaches and pitches & participate in pricing the solution/service
- Work with concerned departments to develop proposals that speak to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives
- Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
Marketing, product development, and channel management for key accounts is also a key aspect of this role.
