Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Development Manager. This individual will play a key part in enhancing employee engagement, onboarding, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an effective onboarding process that ensures a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create customized onboarding plans that meet the specific needs of key positions.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze data and work with stakeholders to address areas of improvement.
  • Design, plan, and execute team-building activities, regular connects, and other events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Monitor employee turnover rates and analyze data to identify trends and underlying causes of employee attrition.
  • Assist in designing and executing exit interviews and surveys to gather insights into employee experiences and reasons for leaving.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead initiatives independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent development roles.
