Sr. Marketing Leader for Growth and Alignment

A seasoned marketing professional is needed to oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies across multiple entities.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and execute marketing strategies that align with ecosystem-wide objectives and standards.
  • Guide the adoption of core frameworks, promoting consistency across all brands within the cluster.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight as the senior marketing authority.
Brand Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement brand strategies for each entity to support market positioning and competitive differentiation.
  • Ensure brand governance and adherence to visual and verbal identity standards.
  • Lead the rollout of brand assets across campaigns, communications, and internal platforms.
Digital Marketing and Engagement
  • Oversee SEO & SEM initiatives to enhance organic search visibility and paid advertising for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Drive engagement through social media and targeted campaigns.
  • Optimize marketing initiatives for mobile platforms and emerging digital channels.
Content Creation and PR
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality B2B content to engage target audiences.
  • Manage media relations and public communications to maintain a positive reputation.
Website and CRM Management
  • Ensure websites are user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for lead generation.
  • Develop data-driven CRM strategies for retention, satisfaction, and personalized engagement.
Marketing Campaigns and Events
  • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee participation and organization of industry events and cluster-hosted events.
Market Research and Analytics
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs, informing strategy refinement.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
Team Leadership and Process Optimization
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Standardize workflows and practices to improve operational efficiency.
Collaboration and Ecosystem Synergy
  • Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Foster integration of marketing strategies within the ecosystem.
