Job Title: Social Media Manager/Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will administer the company's social media marketing and advertising. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Deliberate planning and goal setting
  2. Development of brand awareness and online reputation
  3. Content management
  4. SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
  5. Cultivation of leads and sales

This position is a full-time salaried role with benefits.

Job Responsibilities
  • Possesses knowledge and experience in traditional marketing principles.
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Exhibits the ability to transition from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
  • Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the field.
  • Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
  • Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off.
  • Practices superior time management.
  • Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary.
