Job Title: Odoo Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Odoo implementation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and deploying Odoo solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating client requirements and identifying opportunities to improve business processes using Odoo.

Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized Odoo solutions that meet client needs.
3. Perform quality assurance on developed modules to ensure they meet client expectations.
4. Stay up-to-date on the latest Odoo app store offerings and their functionalities.
5. Analyze client requirements and scope of work, then derive solutions in collaboration with the development team.
6. Create detailed specification documents, including information flow diagrams and mockups, to finalize requirements with clients.
7. Monitor project execution plans and deadlines through daily coordination with clients and the development team.
8. Provide customer support for bug fixing and troubleshooting via phone or email as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
9. Deliver training sessions to customers on Odoo usage and best practices.

Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing Odoo projects.
- Must have Odoo Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in ERP, MBA, BBA, or ACCA.
- Proficient in English language.
