We are seeking a seasoned Creator Partnership Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and activating influencers and content creators across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of influencers & creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals that bring creators onto our platform.
  • Guide creators through the onboarding process → activation → first campaign launch.
  • Design incentive programs, referral schemes, and growth challenges for creators.
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management.
  • A proven track record of closing creator deals and hitting growth targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills — comfortable in email and calls.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram ecosystems.
  • Data-driven mindset — you care about performance, not vanity metrics.

  • Network across gaming, lifestyle, tech, or AI creator verticals.
  • Experience with affiliate or revenue-share programs.
