About the Job:

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can provide user-friendly applications, strategize marketing campaigns, and drive sales and results through innovation, creation, and quality.

  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

  • A strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping is essential.

  • The successful candidate will be able to manage and facilitate stakeholder meetings, lead discussions to gather clear and concise business requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Bonus points if you have experience in fintech, stock trading, or similar industries, knowledge of enterprise software solutions, ERP systems, and CRM tools, or a background in business process modeling and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business analysis process, including gathering, analyzing, and defining requirements.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions.

  • Produce high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

  • Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to their professional development.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.

  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools.

  • Proven ability to manage and facilitate stakeholder meetings and lead discussions to gather clear and concise business requirements.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring proper documentation and communication across teams.

  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
