Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Gather and elicit requirements using appropriate techniques to ensure clear understanding of business needs.">
  3. Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely, within scope, and within budget delivery.">
  4. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to clarify objectives and deliverables.">
  5. Assess the feasibility of new systems and enhancements.">
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and analyze their benefits to the business.">
  7. Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.">
  8. Follow Agile principles throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.">
  9. Participate confidently in Agile ceremonies like Backlog Refinement and Sprint Planning.">
  10. Translate technical details into business concepts and vice versa using strong communication skills.">
  11. Work within squads on individual and multiple projects, collaborating across cross-functional systems and teams, under the mentorship of senior Business Analysts.">
  12. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development.">
  13. Strong experience with Agile methodologies.">
  14. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.">
  15. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.">
  16. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.">
