Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with non-governmental & governmental organizations in Pakistan.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop Marketing Programs: Create and implement marketing strategies to grow and maintain contacts with potential clients.
  2. Maintain Professionalism: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency, teamwork, enthusiasm, discipline, mutual respect, and integrity.
  3. Develop Business Plans: Craft comprehensive business plans to increase revenue and maximize margins in line with organizational goals and objectives.
  4. Report Weekly Progress: Provide regular updates on achievements and pipeline.
  5. Drive New Leads: Develop and execute tactical plans to generate new leads and expand existing business relationships.
  6. Perform Operational Tasks: Complete day-to-day operational tasks as assigned by management.
  7. Explore New Territories: Identify and develop new business opportunities in various territories.
  8. Lead Bid Preparation: Oversee the preparation of bids and tenders for key accounts.
  9. Negotiate Contracts: Establish and maintain healthy relationships with clients, negotiating contracts that benefit both parties.
Job Specifications
  1. Business Planning: Ability to create and implement effective business plans.
  2. NGO Experience: Proven experience working with NGOs on behalf of contracting companies.
  3. Procurement Skills: Personal or business references regarding procurement-related tasks in governmental or non-governmental organizations.
  4. Preferable Qualifications: Preference for candidates with previous experience working with NGOs for procurement-related jobs.
  5. Inspirational Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
