Sales Development Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for the allocated region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies for the allocated region in line with revenue targets.
  • Work closely with Regional Key Account Managers and Territory Sales Managers to cascade and achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop route-to-market strategies for the allocated region.
  • Monitor and track actual spend vs budget, identifying any discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities to expand NFL's presence in underserved markets within Modern Trade.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with distributors.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and QIRD teams to review and analyse product category performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to Territory Sales Managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor performance, and evolving consumer preferences.

Background Requirements:
