Job Overview

An admission officer is responsible for guiding students through the university/college admission process, assisting them with their queries, and completing their documents.

This role involves utilizing sales and marketing techniques to persuade students to enroll in courses that benefit their career advancement. A strong command of the English language is required, as all our students are based in the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Respond to student inquiries about available courses
  2. Brief students on the benefits of gaining admission to these courses, including improved employability and academic enhancement
  3. Convince students to apply for courses that align with their career goals
  4. Complete admission forms accurately and efficiently
  5. Assist students in preparing supporting documents, including CVs and personal statements that showcase their skills and experiences
  6. Aid students in preparing for college interviews and English proficiency tests that demonstrate their language abilities
  7. Submit applications for student finance and UCAS forms that ensure timely processing
  8. Keep students informed about induction dates and class schedules that facilitate a smooth transition into higher education
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions that inform future recruitment strategies
