Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders through meetings and consultations to understand legal implications.
  • Develop high-quality briefs, replies, and opinions based on research.
  • Study drafts of impending legislation and evaluate its potential impact on our operations.
  • Review and refine briefs prepared by junior legal staff and external counsel.
  • Identify and assess risks under your management and ownership.
  • Develop and implement risk response strategies for identified risks.
  • Monitor risks and response strategies under your management.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of information provided for risk reporting.
