
Senior Paralegal and Administrative Support Specialist

The paralegal and administrative support specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing productivity within the project development department by providing legal and organizational support.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update databases for communication and document preparation purposes.
- Prepare maps and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
- Assist in document preparation, execution, and tracking.
- Manage digital supplies and coordinate printing of documents.
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents including leases, title reports, and land agreements.
- Conduct preliminary title research and assist in resolving title issues.
- Coordinate with external counsel and title companies.
- Maintain legal files and ensure compliance with document retention policies.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Relationship building and teamwork.
- Time management and adaptability.
- Process improvement and documentation.
This is a full-time position requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience with construction/legal management software is an asset.
