Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

The role involves providing high-level administrative support to executives, including coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and managing complex data sets using Microsoft Excel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Developing and implementing efficient administrative processes.

The successful candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and spreadsheet management. They should also have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator.
