We are seeking an experienced senior digital marketing professional to drive our e-commerce marketing efforts and scale our rapidly growing platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, operations, and team efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project-specific and target-specific actionable strategies for both organic and paid activities across key channels (e.g., Google, Meta, and TikTok).
  • Translating the CMO's strategy into executable campaigns and ensuring tactical implementation matches executive committee goals.
  • Running weekly execution meetings and reporting progress to the CMO.
  • Providing clear instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to the team and ensuring accurate execution through bi-daily reviews and detailed monthly audits.

Requirements include at least five years of hands-on experience marketing e-commerce sites across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other Meta properties. The ideal candidate must possess strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a deep understanding of scaling brands and e-commerce businesses.
