Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to lead our client's digital presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative and organized professional who can plan, strategize, execute, and analyze campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars.

Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interactions.

Create, plan, and schedule campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to bring content to life.

Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across all platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2+ years of proven experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Must be confident, creative, and a team player.
