Senior Data Scientist - Intelligent Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of intelligent, autonomous AI systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and deploy complex AI-powered autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration systems.
    • Fine-tune and optimize large language models for various tasks such as summarization, classification, and dialogue systems.
    • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding strategies.
    • Develop traditional machine learning models for classification, regression, and forecasting tasks.
    • Owning the full ML lifecycle including experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining using Azure ML or Databricks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in multi-agent systems frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

• Strong skills in ML model development, fine-tuning LLMs, and predictive modeling.

• Experience with Azure AI services and cloud-based AI architecture design.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring of ML models in production.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset with leadership qualities.

• Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

• 3-5 years of experience in applied data science and AI, with a focus on LLMs, autonomous agents, and MLOps.
