As a full-time on-site role, the Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy, attendance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Develop and manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees, including orientation sessions and exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive HR policies and procedures tailored to our company's needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage employee relations issues and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration tasks.
  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating job descriptions in collaboration with the Head of HR/Reporting Manager.
  • Act as an administrator in the HR system for employee records, evaluation programs, and updating employee information.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes.
