We are looking for a talented HR Executive Professional to join our team at Grand City.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and screening CVs. Conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and assist in the hiring decision process. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and new employees are welcomed into the organization.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring all employee attendance and leave records are accurate.
  • HR Operations: Support the development and improvement of HR processes and workflows to enhance efficiency. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR management system. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies regarding employee information.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations: Coordinate employee engagement activities such as team-building events, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, grievances, and fostering a positive working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
