">To be successful in this role, you should possess

  • 7+ years of experience in a software engineering role, using one or more high-level programming languages.

  • Exceptional design, coding, and problem-solving skills, with a bias for architecting at scale.

  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.

  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and associated time/memory complexity.

  • Broad understanding of your role and function within the overall business strategy, aiding in project decision-making.

  • Proven experience working with globally distributed teams, mentoring, and coaching peers.

  • Experience working with Cloud Systems.

  • Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL technologies.

  • Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, front-end technologies like Angular, React/Redux, Web Components, and upcoming web technologies.

  • Experience with CI/CD-driven production cycles.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
