We're looking for an accomplished software developer to drive growth and innovation via our product activation strategy.

You will collaborate closely with Product and UX Design teams, working across the full tech stack to deliver large-scale multi-product experiences and impactful growth experiments. In addition to customer-facing features, you'll partner closely with product and engineering leaders to build and continuously improve our app and control plane platforms and architecture, ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate has both a strong full-stack engineering background and a keen product sense grounded in data-driven methodologies.

  • Contribute to the development of large-scale product features and own smaller data-driven feature experiments, while working closely with product and engineering partners across multiple organizations.
  • Work across our full stack, primarily in Typescript, React, GraphQL, and Go.
  • Collaborate with product, UX design, and other technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive and support the team in operational excellence.
  • Design and implement Growth experiments across the product surface area, while being a champion for data-driven experimentation.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required. You must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment building customer-facing products and features as a Fullstack Software Engineer.

A strong candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in a Growth-oriented team and experience designing and implementing data-driven growth experiments in addition to building product features. We are seeking individuals with deep knowledge of modern full-stack development technologies like Javascript/Typescript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Go, and Python.

The successful candidate will be able to make effective trade-offs between engineering and product requirements while balancing short-term and long-term needs. A demonstrated design, UX, and product sensibility along with an affinity for wearing the customer's shoes is essential.
