Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned financial executive to lead our accounts payable team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of accounts payable and ensuring that all financial obligations are met efficiently.

About the Role:

  1. Manage Accounts Payable Department: Oversee the management of accounts payable, including processing payments, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement effective financial planning and analysis strategies to improve cash flow and minimize payables aging.
  3. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including accurate withholding and clearance of tax GLs.
  4. Reporting and Communication: Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting: A degree in finance or accounting is required, as well as relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA).
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
