Job Title: Sterile Packing Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Packing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the required output and compliance with applicable standards in the sterile packing area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safety of the area and implement ZAP reporting procedures.
  • Production Records: Maintain up-to-date production, downtime, changeover, preventive maintenance, and other records on a daily basis.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement measures to improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • KPI Management: Ensure all production floor KPIs are met, including adherence to daily OEE targets and conformance to daily plans.
  • GMP and EHS Compliance: Ensure GMP and EHS compliance during operation, including proper labeling, IPC, and zero access protocols.
  • Cost Efficiency: Ensure cost-efficient operation, minimizing changeovers, and avoiding wastages.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain complete records for the respective machine, including daily working logbooks, maintenance records, cleaning, and changeover records.
  • SAP Transactions: Ensure all area-related end-to-end production SAP transactions are punched timely.
