Job Title: Operations Management SpecialistJob Description:A seasoned professional is required to drive operational efficiency, maintain quality excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment. This role emphasizes resource optimization, workflow enhancement, and collaborative efforts to meet production objectives effectively.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands while ensuring all processes comply with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor daily production activities, ensuring alignment with company goals, quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.
  • Ensure understanding of sterile production area requirements and address issues related to contamination control, equipment sterilization, and machine maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address any issues or deviations from required quality standards.
  • Manage and train production staff to maintain productivity, safety, and ensure they follow established procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure cost-effective operations through lean manufacturing practices.
  • Oversee machine maintenance and ensure all necessary equipment is in working order to minimize production downtime.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Prepare regular production reports for senior management and document production processes to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in production management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environment.
Required Skills:
  • Familiarity with wound care dressings, pain relief patches, surgical bandages & tapes, and sterilization processes.
  • Working knowledge of GMP/ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making abilities, leadership, and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position at a manufacturing facility.
  • Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.
