
Client Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Liaison Specialist to oversee the entire customer journey, ensure satisfaction, and foster strong client relationships.
This role involves managing customer queries, scheduling regular meetings, providing personalized support, and actively working towards customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with leadership to manage high-priority clients, providing regular updates and insights on account health and satisfaction.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing questions or issues promptly and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain open lines of communication with leadership to ensure alignment on key client needs and expectations.
- Collect client feedback, share insights with internal teams, and contribute to product and process improvements.
- Schedule and conduct regular client meetings, interviews, and check-ins, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Provide client insights, prepare reports, and assist with strategic planning for client success.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector or Call Center.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Evening shift: 5 PM - 2 AM (PKT)
